Delivery Locations

We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Processing Times

We dispatch most weekday orders placed before 14:00 the same day.

We dispatch orders placed on weekends or public holidays on the next working day.
Delivery Times

Major cities & towns: 3-5 working days

Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 working days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs

Checkout shows the delivery fee for your address.

Delivery is free on orders over R1,000.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.

You can track your parcel on the courier’s website.
Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier cannot deliver, they may attempt re-delivery or contact you.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Parcels

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

If any items are missing or arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery (including photos/videos) so we can assist with a replacement or courier claim.
